Exchange & Return Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the original sales receipt and CHEC-branded packaging are presented.
  • Exchange coordination is available through email at support@yourchec.com or by phone at +92-321-0343434, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat).
  • In cases where the product price has been revised or discounted due to a promotional offer, the exchange will be processed according to the updated price.
  • Products that have been used, mishandled are not eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds are not offered on any purchases; all sales are considered final.
  • Claims regarding damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • For online orders, damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for claim review and exchange processing.
  • All accessories are strictly non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanges are not available during sale or promotional periods, and items purchased under promotions are non-exchangeable.
